I have two teams on my ODesk account and I login frequently. It is good to know this type of information because this is a major security flaw for sure. I will begin creating separate team rooms today. A good idea would be to have certain team members in related member rooms, for instance a team room for just content creation, videos and offsite projects, and then create individual team rooms for workers who have cpanel, ftp, and server access.
